Good Buy!

Spent a lot of time selecting rugs on Airgugu. Finally bought this piece. We have a warm gray sofa and I wanted to find a neutral gray rug that wouldn't lean into blue tones. The gray tone of this rug suited my needs, with some what I would call taupe areas, which helped it function in our environment. It's a thin rug with a very low pile, which is exactly what we wanted. Used something thin under the carpet to secure it and so far so good. It still has some raised areas or bumps since it was unpacked 24 hours ago. I think it will flatten out soon...most of it is already flat.

Astonishing rug!

I was very surprised when I received it. The pattern on the rug is exquisite, and I am sure that this is the softest rug I have ever bought, bar none! This is one of those thin rugs with many small raised points on the back, but this does not play a big role in the anti-slip feel. But after I took out the pack of things left in the box, I was very grateful to Airgugu for their careful consideration, which was a pack of rug positioning stickers. It took me less than an hour to lay the rug in my living room. It matches the gray sofa I bought very well. I will consider buying another decorative rug for the bedroom.

Great Value and Great Look

For the money, this rug is totally worth it. Velvety-soft and very pretty. So many compliments. Be aware, it is thin compared to legit wool rugs. You might want a pad but it's perfect for bed room use. It does change look when you rub or vacuum against the grain but not horribly so. It does have a very chemically smell when you first open it but ours aired out in a week or two. No big deal. The only small concern I have is that it might not be very durable but we bought it for a kids room expecting it to get destroyed so... For the money it's perfect and just what we needed.

Very valuable rug! We were looking for something stylish yet affordable since this rug would go right in the living room. The pattern is beautiful and just the light to mid tones we were looking for. Another concern was how high the rug was, we loved the look and feel of wool rugs but our dogs were constantly digging at them so we went with rugs and hoped for the best. The pile is low enough that she can set it aside so it's easy to vacuum and care for. If you are looking for a beautiful low pile rug, choose rug pads and this rug, you won't regret it!

Looks beautiful

Do not hesitate. I spent hours online looking for a neutral rug that would go with the gray walls and cream chairs (yes, hours). This rug is absolutely perfect. It doesn't do that funky "paint one color one way, paint it another way and it changes." It doesn't have that crappy "silver" cheap look. The photo above was taken 5 minutes after I unfolded it. I ordered an 8x10 rug and it came folded - much better than other large rugs delivered. This rug is very cheap but looks just as nice as some of the $7,000 to $10,000 rugs I've seen at Pottery Barn stores. It's not a high pile, I'd say Airgugu is fine. I did order the 1/4 carpet pad with the rubber sole, but it doesn't seem to be working. You won't regret it.
