While we think every rug is perfect, we know these things don't work for everyone. If you receive your rug and find it doesn't meet your expectations, don't worry, you can return it! Airgugu provides a 30-day unconditional return service, and the buyer is responsible for the return postage. If you need to return something, you can contact us and we will reply as soon as we see your email. We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the return package.
You can receive a full refund when the following conditions are met:
- Within 30 days after you receive the order
- The condition when returned is the same as when we sent it.
- Special sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
